fountain niche

Here's the niche at the top of our new stairs. I love this view. The fountain was a hand-me-down from some dear friends of ours who moved to California a few years ago, and we built the niche specifically to hold it. One of these days, I'll actually get it working again. And then won't it be soothing to listen to the sound of the water right before bedtime? It sits just outside the door of our new bedroom.
